Blade & Soul: Spin 2 Win Bots

Blade & Soul had quite a smooth launch on January 19 and NCsoft had started preparing large scale content update for the western version (after all it has been far behind the KR and CN versions). Still hope NCsoft and B&S GMs keep detecting and killing bots because the game has got over a million players and is still growing.

Blade & Soul’s 9th Class Soul Fighter Character Select

While NA and EU version of Blade & Soul will introduce in the 8th class Warlock next, the Chinese version is getting the 9th class Soul Fighter. The biggest Chinese MMO website 17173 reports that Soul Fighter is exclusive for Gon and Yun Races.

Soul Fighter combines Force Master and Kungfu Master’s combat style and becomes a flexible DPS capable of both melee and ranged attack. You can switch between kungfu mode (melee) and force mode (range) through “TAB” button. From the feedback in the test server, Soul Fighter seems a bit overpowered, which is not surprised. It’s predicted that many players will start over as Gon Soul Fighter, because Yun has female character only.

Blade & Soul Launch Guide

Get ready for the launch of Blade & Soul on January 19.

Blade & Soul launches in Europe and North America at 12:01am EST, January 19! To help prepare for launch we’ve collected together as much info as possible to ensure you’re ready to rise, strike, and avenge!

Client Download

If you’ve played in the Closed Beta it will be necessary to uninstall your client and download and install a new version. You can download and install the launch client for Blade & Soul right now, although the servers won’t be available outside of Name Reservation for Disciple and Master Founder’s Pack owners, or the Head Start period.

Name Reservation

Name Reservation begins January 11, 2016 at 6pm PST for NA servers, and 7pm CET for EU servers.

Disciple and Master Founder’s Pack owners will have the opportunity to reserve character names before the game launches. Names are unique within each region—it’s possible for the same name to exist once in NA and once in EU, regardless of server. It will be required to log in at the Name Reservation period using the launch client (linked above), and you will be able to create one (Disciple) or two (Master) characters, choose their server, and reserve their names. It will not be possible to play the game during Name Reservation, and the login will only allow you to create one or two characters, depending on your Founder’s Pack level.

Be advised that selecting a name for your character comes after customizing their appearance. Additionally, if you want to recustomize your character’s look at launch you will need to delete your reserved character, and may risk someone else taking your name before you can change your character’s look. However it is possible to purchase a Character Alteration Voucher from the in-game store once Head Start begins, in addition to the ones already offered in the Disciple and Master Packs.

The Name Reservation period ends January 14 at 10am PST / 7pm CET for both NA and EU servers.

New Character Options

New hairstyles, hair color, facial customization options, and additional skintones will be available in the launch client.

Head Start

All Founder’s Pack owners will be able to access the game more than three full days before the game launch, providing additional time to level and increase their character power before anyone else.

Head Start begins January 15 at 10am PST / 7pm CET for both NA and EU servers and will directly transition into launch with no planned downtime.

Our launch celebration begins at a live event in Southern California, at the eSports Arena in Santa Ana, where we’ll have limited edition swag, giveaways, contests, game stations, and a livestream counting down to the game’s launch. More details to come, but if you’re looking to attend ensure you’re free the evening of January 18 to help us celebrate!

Blade & Soul launches at 12:01am EST, January 19.

We do expect that while Head Start will help even out players across a wide range of levels and content before launch, we do anticipate there may be queues to log in for those who don’t have Premium Membership queue priority, either from the included amount with a Founder’s Pack, or purchased separately. We’ll be closely monitoring server stability and capacity at launch, and will be providing up-to-the-minute service information and updates from @BladeandSoulOps.

Founder’s Packs

We’ll be continuing to sell Founder’s Packs through Head Start and up to launch on January 19. At launch we’ll begin offering Starter Packs which will provide a different selection of bonuses and benefits for those who missed out on a Founder’s Pack.

Be aware that your Founder’s Pack items will be refunded from your beta characters, and will need to be reclaimed from account management at Head Start.

Blade Dancer Class Week

The edge of a blade, howl of the wind, and flash of a lightning strike.

Welcome to our ongoing series leading up to launch, where we focus every other week on a class you can play in Blade & Soul. Today the Blade Dancer has pirouetted into the spotlight.

Check out our updated Blade Dancer class page, where we have our class video, beautiful wallpapers, and a page from the Hongmoon Secret Tome, showing you the techniques required to become a Blade Dancer. Join us on our official livestream December 17 at 4pm PST to see the Blade Dancer on stage; and check out SattelizerGames December 16 at 9am PST as he jumps onto Closed Beta 4 to showcase his own Blade Dancer performance.

The Blade Dancer Overview

The Blade Dancer is a true hybrid, taking the Blade Master’s damage and stances, and combining it with the Force Master’s elemental focus and stacking buffs. It’s a class exclusive to the Lyn race, and therefore takes advantage of their small stature to eke out powerful damaging abilities, and emphasizing maneuverability to avoid damage—since the class lacks the solid defensiveness of the Blade Master, or the crowd control of the Force Master.

Wind and Lightning are the two primary elemental damage types for the Blade Dancer, and each element associates with a particular stance. Draw Stance uses Lightning-related abilities, but relies upon a short-lived buff called “Electric Surge” that generates Electric Focus, which increases critical rating and allows use of specific skills. Basic Stance has skills that build Wind Focus, which, when consumed, add extra damage to certain skills, and boost the attack speed of others.

Like the Force Master, a Blade Dancer also has access to Phantom Grip, but they also have many more options available to make their helpless victim rue their existence, as many of these skills can be cast once, but apply their damage multiple times in sequence.

The Blade Dancer in Play

The Blade Dancer focuses on dealing two types of damage: Lightning and Wind. Not all skills will have an associated elemental damage, but those that do will have their damage increased with the selection of the right items. This is vital for the Blade Dancer, because unlike the versatility of their Force Master sibling, a Blade Dancer has to choose to focus on either Lightning or Wind abilities as part of their build.

For party play, the Blade Dancer is a solid high damage-dealer, and very proficient at taking down single enemies quickly. Their maneuverability and speed is also beneficial when it comes to fast reaction times, making them especially valuable for time-sensitive challenges.

In Arena PvP, the high damage that the Blade Dancer can dish out is tempered by their low health—if you can reach them. However, their maneuverability comes at a price, and that is Focus management. Their core defensive skill costs Focus with each use, as do many of their attack abilities. Choosing to spend Focus on damage versus defense is a dilemma every Blade Dancer faces, but those who can master this balance can dominate in the Arena.

Blade & Soul(KR) Updated the 9th Class – Soul Fighter

On December 4th, Blade & Soul(KR) updated the 9th class – Soul Fighter. As a hybrid class, Soul Fighter features important elements from Force Master and KongFu Master and is good at range attack and melee. Currently, Soul Fighter is open to KUN and Gon.

If you choose Soul Fighter, it will be easy to master when you are skillful at the circulation of damage export. However, only you continue to attack, switch position and keep strength, you could unleash Soul Fighter’s real strength. Please search more information in the official website . It is easy to control Soul Fighter, but hard to master

The CD time for Soul Fighter to switch position is 6 seconds. If you could make good use of skills, it is good to interrupt the opponents’ attack. Soul Fighter also features Kongfu Master and Force Master’s QESS. If you use QESS appropriately, Soul Fighter could keep powerful dynamic. Soul Fighter is also good at self-protection.

The Soul Fighter’s another highlighted skill is to recover team members’ HP by 20% immediately. This skill is very useful in emergent condition. With the skill improved, it could recover 70% HP with 1-min CD time.

The most distinguished feature in the Blade and Soul : character creation

Blade & Soul owes much of its renown to the fact that it possesses a deep character creation system, allowing players to create some the most beautiful and gorgeous avatars in the MMO genre.

This is especially true for female characters, as shown in this article.

But unfortunately, or fortunately for some, the opposite is also true. Players are effectively able to create characters with extremely amusing, and even unappealing, traits. This allows for comical and unsightly creations that will both please and displease.

The following youtube video by YouTube user and Twitch Streamer Pvt Wiggles showcases the different hilarious character creation possibilities.

The most beautiful and most creepy Blade and Soul  characters ever created

Character creation is not what defines Blade and Soul but it’s what the game is proud of. If you don’t know, Blade and Soul has an unrivaled tool with which you can adjust how fluffy the hair is, how young/old the skin is, and how the eyelash looks like, etc. The tool divides character face into 30 different parts, each of which can be modified separately — it’s almost like plastic surgery. You can make your own choice in searching for more information in the website
